Important notice
These terms are provided as a framework only. PAC Metrology Ltd must have them reviewed and completed by a qualified legal adviser, including its registered company details, jurisdiction and commercial terms, before they are relied upon.
Website use
This website and its content are provided for general information about our manufacturing capability. While we take care to keep it accurate, technical information is general in nature and does not constitute engineering advice for a specific application.
Quotations
- Quotations are based on the files, drawings and information supplied at the time of enquiry.
- A change to geometry, material, quantity, tolerance, finish or inspection requirement may change the price and lead time.
- Quotations remain valid for the period stated on the quotation document.
- Lead times are estimates given in good faith and are confirmed on order acceptance.
Customer responsibilities
- You confirm that you have the right to supply the files and drawings you submit, and that manufacturing from them does not infringe any third-party rights.
- You are responsible for the fitness of the design for its intended application, unless design responsibility has been expressly agreed in writing.
- Critical dimensions, tolerances, material specifications and inspection requirements must be stated at enquiry stage.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the intellectual property in the designs you supply. We retain ownership of our own process knowledge, build preparation data and manufacturing methods. Content on this website remains our property or that of our licensors.
Confidentiality
Files, drawings and commercial information exchanged in connection with an enquiry or order are treated as confidential and used only for the purpose for which they were supplied.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that, the specific limitations applicable to manufacturing work must be set out in the completed terms issued with our quotations.
Governing law
Contracts formed with PAC Metrology Ltd are intended to be governed by the law of the applicable United Kingdom jurisdiction, to be confirmed in the completed terms.
